Cook & Smile is part of a wider project “Learn&taste” also sponsored in 2013 by Naples Chamber of Commerce, to promote “experiences and knowledge against food forgery and Italian sounding”.

Where, when, what?

Where: “Cook&Smile” will be held at UCMed training center, at Sorrento Conca Park Hotel****, via degli Aranci 13 bis.

When: everyday, from 10.30 am to 2.30 pm. A reservation at least 2 days before is required.

What: our amazing chef Silvia Cella will teach you how to cook 3 typical recipes: a home made pasta dish, a side dish and a dessert. And then you will taste what you have just made comfortably sitting at Hotel Conca Park restaurant, sipping a glass of local wine. You will also get a personal certificate and the UCMed apron, + a discount on Sergio Corbino (UCMed president) last cook book (in English).

UCMed Cooking Class is reserved to max 12 participants.
